PalRoute is run by an independent developer, so replies come from a person rather than a queue. Expect a few days.
What to write about
A number looks wrong. This is the most useful thing you can send. Tell us the two parents, the child you actually got, and your game version — we will check it against the dataset and correct the page if it is wrong. Breeding combinations come from Palworld 1.0 game files, so a mismatch usually means either a game update we have not picked up yet, or a genuine bug on our side. Both are worth knowing.
A mutation report. The mutated eggs page is built from player reports. If you have hatched a mutated egg, the useful details are: both parents, what hatched, how many mutated eggs you have had from that same pair, and which cake you used. Counts are what separate a pattern from a coincidence.
A correction or takedown. If something on this site is out of date, misattributed, or should not be published, tell us and we will fix or remove it.
A privacy request. Access, export or deletion of your data — see the Privacy Policy.
Anything else. Feature ideas, broken pages, or a Pal that renders without artwork are all fair game.
What we cannot help with
We are not Pocketpair and have no connection to them, so we cannot help with game bugs, account issues, refunds, bans, or server problems. For anything about Palworld itself, contact Pocketpair through the game's official channels.
