How to get Spirit of Zen

Inheritance from a parent that has it
Because no Pal is born with Spirit of Zen, the first one has to come from a Pal that rolled it — passives are also rolled randomly on wild catches and on hatched eggs, so it can appear on its own.
The surgery table
Once one of your Pals has it, the surgery table can put it onto another, and from there it inherits normally.
